Succesful passing

What does it mean to be a good passer? Obviously, it means making the passes your team needs for it to be successful.

Most of the time, this can be measured by counting the percentage of passes that are successfully completed, and by counting the number of successful assists.

Cesc Fabergas (who is only 20 years old) is the most accurate passer in the English premiership he completed more than 83% of all his passes in 2007-2008. Such an amazing success rate means that Fabergas is doing two things :

  • Making the right choice
  • Making the pass successfully
